At The Thoughtful Nook, items are offered with care and intention. Most products are created or prepared to order, which affects how returns and refunds are handled. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Physical Products
Because many items are made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes
- Incorrect size or style selection
- Normal variations in color, alignment, or finish
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To report an issue, email thethoughtfulnook@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Refunds are provided only if a replacement is not possible.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production or fulfillment has not started.
Once fulfillment begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
