Overview
At The Thoughtful Nook, each item is created and offered with care and intention. Because our products include both digital downloads and made-to-order physical items, our refund and return policies differ by product type. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- PDFs
- Digital journals
- Templates
- Digital artwork
- Downloadable files
Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital items.
If you experience difficulty accessing your digital file, please contact us at thethoughtfulnook@gmail.com and we will assist you. Access issues do not qualify for a refund.
Physical Products
Due to the made-to-order nature of our physical items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes
- Incorrect size or style selection
- Normal variations in color, alignment, or finish
Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To report an issue, email thethoughtfulnook@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.
- Once production begins or a digital product is delivered, cancellations are no longer permitted.
